Hello Yolanda,
ReplyDeleteI love this exercise as well. It is so true that you can't know how to love others until you know how to love yourself. When we don't love our self, we don't allow others to love us. We push them away and feel more negativity. When we love our self, we love others fully which reciprocates love unconditionally. Love does make the world go round! :-)
Hello Yolanda!
ReplyDeleteI chose the Loving-Kindness exercise as well. Visualization is also a good one to use. For my second practice I chose the subtle mind exercise. I find that it helps relax me. When I am anxious I just focus on my breathing and I really am seeing a difference in how I feel. I agree, you can't really truly love without first loving yourself. These weeks are flying by aren't they!? Have a good week!
